Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager for AI & Inventory Management, responsible for evolving Sortly’s core inventory management product into an AI-driven intelligent inventory operations platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI-powered inventory management roadmap
  • Define and drive a 1–3 year vision for AI-powered inventory management.
  • Prioritize capabilities such as:
    • Inventory forecasting & replenishment
    • Smart inventory insights and workflows
    • Automated reconciliation and reporting
    • AI-driven workflow guidance
  • Make scope/investment tradeoffs to maximize customer and business impact.
• Deliver end-to-end AI product initiatives
  • Lead AI feature development (e.g., predictive recommendations, workflow automation).
  • Write clear product requirements and partner with engineering, design, and data science.
  • Balance speed, quality, and technical tradeoffs to ship impactful features.
• Understand customers and drive outcomes
  • Build expertise in customer workflows across multiple industries.
  • Use customer research and product data to identify automation opportunities.
  • Own key outcomes such as adoption, efficiency gains, and revenue impact.
• Collaborate to bring products to market
  • Work cross-functionally to unblock execution.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on GTM strategy.
  • Communicate priorities, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years in B2B SaaS
• 1+ year building AI/ML-powered products with real customer impact
• Proven ability to ship successful products end-to-end
• Comfortable discussing AI/ML concepts
