• Use customer research and product data to identify automation opportunities.
• Drive measurable outcomes including adoption, efficiency gains, and revenue impact.
• Collaborate on go-to-market (GT M) by partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Communicate priorities, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years product management experience, including 2+ years in B2B SaaS.
• 1+ year building AI/ML-powered products with real customer impact.
• Proven track record shipping products end-to-end.
• Ability to discuss AI/ML concepts (posting text cuts off mid-sentence).
