About the role
Role: Senior Product Manager, Shopping Experience
Own the product vision and roadmap for health-focused digital shopping experiences—helping customers discover, evaluate, and purchase products with confidence at large scale.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy for health-focused shopping experiences (from early discovery through launch and continuous improvement).
- Own end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap, including zero-to-one initiatives and scaled enhancements.
- Partner with design and user research to understand customer behaviors, needs, and pain points and translate insights into product experiences.
- Define product success metrics and lead experimentation programs (including A/B testing and analytics) to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, operations, partnerships, legal, and privacy to deliver reliable and compliant solutions.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders by communicating priorities, trade-offs, and decisions clearly.
- Lead product launches and iteration cycles to ensure scalability and impact.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience delivering consumer-facing products across the full lifecycle (discovery → launch → optimization).
- Proven success delivering zero-to-one products with measurable impact (engagement, conversion, retention, or adoption).
- Experience partnering with design/research to translate customer insights into requirements, prototypes, and shipped experiences.
- Strong analytical skills: define metrics, run experiments, interpret data, and use analytics tooling such as SQL.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and drive alignment without direct authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience).
Nice to have
- Experience in health, nutrition, wellness, e-commerce, marketplaces, personalization, search, or content-driven consumer products.
- Startup/high-growth experience building from early concepts to large-scale adoption.
- Strong communication and storytelling to present product strategies.
