About the role

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager (Greenbook) leads product strategy and execution for core areas of Greenbook’s AgTech SaaS platform. The role owns key initiatives across grower workflows, data-driven capabilities, and platform infrastructure, with a focus on delivering real value to growers, agronomists, and agricultural enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy & vision aligned with company goals, market opportunities, and revenue targets.
  • Own and evolve the product roadmap across grower workflows, data capabilities, and platform services.
  • Expand platform capabilities through analytics, integrations, APIs, and data-driven features.
  • Conduct customer discovery with growers, agronomists, and agricultural partners to understand workflows and unmet needs.
  • Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to identify product improvement and innovation opportunities.
  • Translate agricultural workflows and data insights into intuitive digital experiences.
  • Lead product execution from discovery to delivery, including:
    • Writing clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics
    • Partnering with engineering, design, and data to deliver high-quality releases
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, strategic value, and technical feasibility.

Focus Areas (What You’ll Work On)

  • Crop Inputs label database functionality
  • Redesigning the product for the existing platform and new growth opportunities from:
    • Independent users
    • Product manufacturers
    • Ag retailers
  • Collaborate with AI to enable an agronomist efficiency use case
  • Develop commercially viable SaaS solutions including:
    • Crop input technical decision support
    • Agronomist efficiency tools
    • Point-of-product selection marketing
