About the role

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager (Agworld North America) Lead product strategy and execution for core areas of Agworld’s AgTech SaaS platform, delivering value for growers, agronomists, and agricultural enterprises.

What You’ll Do

Own key product initiatives across:
- Grower workflows
- Data-driven capabilities
- Platform infrastructure/services
Focus on Crop Inputs label database functionality.
Redesign and evolve the existing platform to unlock new growth opportunities for:
- Independent users
- Product manufacturers
- Ag retailers
Work on commercial SaaS solutions, including:
- Crop input technical decision support
- Agronomist efficiency tools (including an AI collaboration via Greenbook)
- Point-of-product selection marketing features

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals, market opportunities, and revenue targets.
- Own and evolve the product roadmap across grower workflows, data capabilities, and platform services.
- Identify opportunities to expand platform capabilities.
