About the role
Role: Senior Product Manager (Member Experience)
Own and evolve Seed’s post-purchase member experience across channels—Amazon, mass retail, and other marketplaces—so it becomes the connective tissue that deepens relationships with members.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end post-purchase member experience strategy: define what the member journey should look/feel like, how it evolves over time, and what to build to make it real.
- Develop and lead with a clear product vision, translating Seed’s science, brand, and retention goals into an experience that earns sustained engagement.
- Design and run short-cycle experiments to test hypotheses about member behavior, generating real signal through rapid learning.
- Define the membership value architecture based on what members actually want and what drives retention.
- Partner with Product Design on creative and strategic direction for member-facing experiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth/Product, Engineering, Brand, and Lifecycle Marketing to bring the experience to life.
Requirements
- Strong product leadership with strategic conviction and urgency.
- Ability to treat member experience as a differentiating product, with accountability for results in market.
- Cross-functional partnership and execution through rapid experimentation.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience translating science/clinical or evidence-based positioning into product/experience strategy.
- Experience with member ecosystems, retention strategy, and multi-channel consumer journeys.
Reporting / Stakeholders
- Reports to the VP of Digital Product.
- Partners closely with Product Design, Engineering, Brand, Lifecycle Marketing, and Growth.
