Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

SamCart is seeking a Senior Product Manager (full-time, remote) to lead a Product Development team supporting creators across their journey. You will work with a cross-functional group of marketing leaders, designers, engineers, and QA to enhance, envision, and deliver new products that grow SamCart’s digital product sellers’ customer base.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in the business by building relationships with senior leadership, interviewing customers, and performing qualitative and quantitative research.
• Deliver products that educate, enable, and engage digital product sellers.
• Run continuous experimentation to validate hypotheses and ensure improvements to product KPIs.
• Advance the SamCart platform to reliably support sales and marketing activities.
• Contribute to cross-team customer activation, retention, and reactivation strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Track record of building products that drive growth and engagement in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to craft a compelling product vision and secure cross-functional alignment.
• Strong strategic thinking (ask “why,” apply judgment in complex situations).
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex product launches with minimal oversight.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency using analytics and A/B testing tools.
• Strong analytical skills: working with and manipulating data, forming hypotheses, and identifying high-leverage opportunities.
• Experience with experiments and customer-centered research such as user interviews and usability studies.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional product management experience in modern technology or SaaS.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace.
