Senior Product Manager, Salesforce Platform

Role overview

Flosum is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Salesforce-native product roadmap. This is a build/innovation role focused on creating new categories in the Salesforce ecosystem—working closely with the CEO and engineering leadership.

What you will own

• Product vision & strategy

  • Define and drive a multi-year roadmap across Flosum’s product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
  • Identify white space opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem to create new categories or win market share from competitors.
  • Convert deep Salesforce platform knowledge (e.g., metadata architecture, deployment models, Agentforce, Data Cloud, multi-org environments) into premium enterprise product capabilities.
  • Stay aligned with Salesforce’s release cadence (three releases/year) and position Flosum for platform shifts.

• AI & innovation

  • Lead AI-powered DevOps capabilities built on Agentforce, including:
    • Intelligent deployment agents
    • AI-driven code review
    • Automated security scanning
    • Predictive release management
  • Define how Flosum’s extensibility platform enables customers to build custom AI-driven workflows within Salesforce’s trust boundary.
  • Pioneer agent-aware governance to prepare Salesforce governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI agents.

• Customer & market insight

  • Engage Fortune 500 customers and prospects to understand pain points in Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.
  • Translate enterprise requirements (e.g., SOX, zero-trust, multi-org, regulated industries) into clear product solutions.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success on deal strategy, run product demos, and support competitive evaluations.

• Execution & delivery

  • Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work hands-on (“do the work, not just delegate it”).
  • Partner with engineering to deliver against aggressive timelines.
  • Own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release planning.

Requirements

• Strong, practical understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Salesforce-native capabilities and deployment approaches).
• Ability to translate complex enterprise security/compliance needs (e.g., SOX, zero-trust, regulated environments) into product requirements.
• Product leadership to define strategy and drive delivery with engineering.

Nice-to-haves

• Deep familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, and multi-org environments.
• Experience leading AI-enabled DevOps or security automation products within enterprise governance constraints.
