Role: Senior Product Manager (Remote - US)

Quanata is seeking an accomplished, well-rounded Senior Product Manager to join its Product Team. The role focuses on leading product vision and strategy while driving measurable business outcomes across empowered, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional leadership: Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and domain leads on complex requirements using strong technical understanding.
• Product discovery: Lead high-ambiguity discovery across multiple workstreams; use advanced qualitative and quantitative frameworks to disprove assumptions early and pivot to highest-value opportunities.
• Agile delivery: Manage scope, trade-offs, goals, priorities, and the feature backlog from story creation through acceptance using Scrum and Kanban.
• Build vs. buy: Evaluate off-the-shelf solutions and recommend the best approach to optimize delivery and cost.
• Delivery coordination: Coordinate timelines and deliverables across product owners, project/program managers, and scrum masters.
• Technical guidance: Facilitate technical design discussions and communicate requirements while considering performance, scalability, and security.
• Data-driven decisions: Make decisions using data and evidence; promote measurement and data collection.
• Strategic communication: Communicate product strategy, priorities, and roadmap to relevant stakeholders.
• Architectural quality: Work with multidisciplinary teams to prototype, test, learn, and deliver architecturally sound products and services.

Requirements (from posting)

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
