Role: Senior Product Manager (Remote)

Progressive Leasing is hiring a Senior Product Manager to help grow the business and deliver on the company’s mission. The role is work-from-home and can be performed remotely anywhere in the continental US or from corporate locations in Utah or Arizona.

What you’ll do

• Solve difficult problems by proposing innovative, risk-aware, data-informed solutions
• Build and maintain a product roadmap based on internal stakeholder and customer input, focused on improving the post-approval customer experience
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify business problems, mitigate risk, and validate solutions using customer and market research
• Define use cases, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Create an iterative release schedule with dependent teams to deliver value on time
• Test, measure, and iterate on product experiences by identifying friction points and driving improvements grounded in data
• Manage stakeholder expectations by communicating timelines, blockers, successes, and failures
• Analyze product feature performance

Requirements

• 5–7 years of software product management experience
• Experience owning/managing post-approval or account management products in a consumer-facing digital environment
• Ability to design and iterate on self-service experiences that reduce customer effort and increase customer autonomy across web and mobile
• Strong communication skills; able to align design, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver on time
• Proven ability to collaborate constructively with engineers, designers, peers, and leaders

Nice-to-haves

• Experience configuring/iterating on digital self-service workflows (partially stated in the posting)

Location / Work model

• Remote (continental US) or based in Utah / Arizona corporate locations
