Role Overview

Senior Product Manager (Remote)

Experian Marketing Services is seeking an experienced Product Manager to build and maintain digital and offline identity graphs. You will define and execute product strategy by translating market and customer needs into requirements, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans, while partnering closely with data science, engineering, and product commercialization leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and evolve Experian identity products downstream of identity graphs, ensuring proper resolution and linkage of client inputs to outputs across online and offline environments.
  • Translate customer and market needs into clear product and technical requirements; deliver features and enhancements with engineering and product owners.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle:
    • Roadmap and strategy
    • Pricing
    • Go-to-market (GTM)
    • Ongoing optimization using performance and customer feedback.
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as:
    • Match rates, accuracy, coverage, and latency.
  • Assess AdTech/MarTech market needs, focusing on how offline and digital identity convergence supports marketing use cases (measurement, activation, enrichment, attribution).
  • Guide innovation by partnering with strategy and data science teams to test new MVPs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Data, Privacy) to align on platform capabilities and ensure privacy, data governance, and contractual requirements.
  • Represent Experian in relevant data-driven marketing trade groups (e.g., NAI, IAB).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, including identity resolution across offline and digital ecosystems.
  • 3+ years of product management experience (roadmaps and delivery of product enhancements).
  • AdTech/MarTech domain expertise with 5+ years hands-on identity resolution experience (e.g., enrichment, measurement, data append).
  • Understanding of identity constructs and mapping across systems, including PII, cookies, MAIDs, IP, and hashed identifiers.
  • Experience with 1st party/CRM data, data quality principles, identity linkage, and customer data platforms.
  • Exposure to clean rooms and crosswalk solutions.
  • Understanding of privacy frameworks and data governance in identity-driven products.
  • Prior success in bringing products to market and driving strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience promoting product success in the market (already emphasized) and participating in trade association working groups (e.g., NAI, IAB).
