  • Agentic Scheduling & Matching: Develop intelligent scheduling workflows to optimize supply/demand, including automated provider-patient matching and appointment management prioritizing clinical fit over availability.
  • AI-Driven EHR & Measurement: Define requirements for a smart EHR interface and lead the experience that extracts clinical insights from partner systems, positioning Headspace as an intelligent node in the healthcare network.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with clinical leadership, engineering, legal, compliance, and health plan stakeholders to ensure data exchange protocols, escalation frameworks, and provider tools meet regulatory and clinical standards.
  • Success Measurement: Define and track metrics for domain health, including provider tooling readiness, referral coordination flow automation, and interoperability readiness.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of product management experience, with health-tech experience shipping products such as provider tooling, care coordination, or EHR/interoperability.
  • Technical fluency: Able to discuss model latency, data pipeline architecture, and AI build-vs-buy trade-offs; can write robust non-functional requirements.
  • AI/Agentic fluency: Understand LLM/AI use in clinical environments, including human-in-the-loop constraints and safe clinician-facing AI output.
  • Builder DNA: Comfortable using tools like Figma and Replit or low-code to prototype and validate before production.
  • Experience bridging clinical risk/compliance needs with engineering execution.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in digital health, behavioral health, or care navigation platforms.
  • Familiarity with EAP (Employee Assistance Program) clinical protocols and their relationship to mental health care pathways.
  • Prior experience with provider marketplaces or referral network products.
