Senior Product Manager (Product Infrastructure)

Role overview

Join Valon Mortgage’s core Platform & Infrastructure product team as a Senior Product Manager. You will define and own the roadmap for key infrastructure domains, partnering with engineering leadership and architects to drive initiatives from ideation through launch and iteration.

Key missions

• Own the roadmap for one or more core infrastructure domains (e.g., notification platform, document platform, user management).
• Drive initiatives end-to-end: ideation → discovery → define scope → launch → adoption → iteration.
• Ensure infrastructure outcomes are resilient, scalable, observable, and secure.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership and architects on decisions for design, performance, scale, and technical debt.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience (or equivalent).
• Ideally experience with B2B SaaS, product infrastructure, and platforms.
• Demonstrated track record shipping infrastructure/platform features with broad adoption or measurable impact.
• Comfortable working with high autonomy, ambiguity, and significant ownership.
• Structured communication: able to simplify and explain complex concepts.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management; able to drive alignment and cross-team accountability.
• Technical fluency working with engineers on systems, APIs, and data models.
• Strong customer discovery skills (e.g., interviews, journey maps, synthesizing qualitative + quantitative inputs).

• Exposure to building or improving observability and security capabilities in infrastructure products.
