Senior Product Manager / Principal Product Manager (Evisort AI)

Role Overview

Join Evisort AI (a startup within Workday) as a Senior Product Manager or Principal Product Manager. You will lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap execution for Contract Intelligence & Analytics capabilities.

Key Missions & Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap execution across Contract Intelligence & Analytics features.
• Build strong partnerships across Engineering, Data Science, Product Management, Design, and Product Marketing to deliver on the product strategy.
• Define product requirements based on industry trends, compliance standards, and customer feedback.
• Articulate and drive monetization strategies to increase revenue.
• Stay current on advancements in AI and the legal tech landscape.

Requirements

• Knowledge of legal contracts, especially clause types and key contract data points (or the ability to ramp quickly).
• Ability to engage in technical decisions.
• Generative AI product experience, including defining/tracking key metrics tied to business impact and value proposition.
• Familiarity with LLMs and the broader machine learning tooling relevant to legal applications.

Experience Level (by track)

• Senior Product Manager: 10+ years product management experience.
• Principal Product Manager: 8+ years product management experience (with stronger emphasis on metrics/AI business impact).

Nice to Have

• Deep domain expertise in generative AI and a track record of assessing market opportunities and defining generative AI product strategies.
• A technical background.
• Domain knowledge in law, contract management, management consulting, or a law degree.
• Experience founding a startup and delivering "0 to 1" product capabilities.
• Proven experience building and launching generative AI products using LLMs and other generative models.
