Senior Product Manager, Predictions (Exchange)

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager to own the Predictions Exchange (CDNA Exchange) platform end-to-end. The exchange is the backbone of the Predictions business, directly impacting trading volume, partner revenue, and the ability to onboard B2B/B2C brands.

Responsibilities

• Own the Predictions Exchange as the dedicated PM (DRI for the CDNA platform).
• Define what the exchange needs to serve global B2B and B2C markets.
• Take end-to-end product delivery ownership: from requirements/concept through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Prioritize and manage the engineering backlog for a large engineering team; make tradeoffs on what to build.
• Convert commercial goals into technical requirements and execution plans.
• Streamline the product development process with leadership to reduce cycle time and ambiguity.
• Ensure the platform meets reliability and scalability needs as volume, brands, and markets grow.
• Own delivery sign-off—nothing goes live without your approval.

Requirements

• Proven execution as an individual contributor with a track record of independent delivery.
• Full product lifecycle ownership from requirements through launch and post-launch optimization, with measurable outcomes.
• Comfort operating with complex technical platforms, and ability to make credible prioritization calls for exchange/high-throughput real-time systems.
• Interest/understanding of the sports industry to inform product decisions.
• Experience aligning teams and stakeholders across Europe and the US (cross-timezone coordination).
• Thrives in high-growth ambiguity and can describe examples of shipping through shifting priorities.

Preferred

• Prior exchange technology or prediction markets experience.
