About the role
Role Overview
Senior Product Manager (Predictions – Exchange) on the Predictions team.
You will be the dedicated PM for the CDNA exchange technology that powers Crypto.com’s flagship “OG” product and other global brands, serving both B2C and B2B markets. Reporting to the VP of Product, you’ll bridge high-level strategy and engineering-heavy execution.
Responsibilities
- Own the Product for the Predictions Exchange end-to-end: from conceptualization and requirements through shipping and post-launch optimization.
- Ensure the exchange platform meets the needs of global B2B and B2C markets.
- Partner closely with a large engineering team to prioritize the backlog and align technical requirements with business goals.
- Work with leadership to streamline the product development process.
- Drive continuous scaling so the Predictions Exchange remains the backbone of operations.
Requirements
- Strong execution mindset as an independent contributor (“do-er”) with a track record of delivering.
- Solid understanding of, or strong interest in, the sports industry.
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle from concept through launch.
- Ability to work effectively with large engineering teams and understand complex exchange/transactional technologies.
- Strong cross-timezone communication skills, specifically coordinating with Europe and US teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with rapid change.
Bonus Points
- Experience with exchange technology or prediction markets.
- Prior experience in crypto or fintech.
