About the role

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager, Pipeline Management at HubSpot.

You’ll lead product strategy and roadmap for the Pipeline Management group within the Data Warehouse Infrastructure (DWI) organization. This group owns the full data lifecycle: ingestion → transformation → egress, delivered via connected sub-teams (Ingestion, Orchestration, Egress, and Pipeline Reliability).

What You’ll Do

  • Own product strategy and roadmap across the full Pipeline Management group.
  • Partner with engineering leads to move from ambiguous problems to shipped solutions.
  • Drive alignment and shared understanding across DWI and with cross-functional partners (e.g., Analytics Engineering and business stakeholders).
  • Manage tradeoffs under real constraints, including:
    • Snowflake spend
    • Vendor transitions
    • Legacy system migrations
  • Champion developer and data user experience by pushing for self-service capabilities that reduce friction and help teams move faster.
  • Use data to identify opportunities, define measurable goals, and iterate based on results.
  • Shape a team culture focused on reliability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience shipping products in a technical or infrastructure domain.
  • Comfort with data infrastructure concepts such as warehousing, pipelines, orchestration, and data modeling (or ability to ramp quickly).
  • Ability to balance technical depth with business judgment to identify opportunities and weigh tradeoffs.
  • Strong scope management while maintaining clarity.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with engineers, data practitioners, and senior stakeholders.
  • Customer/partner focus: understand internal needs and genuinely solve for them.
  • Strong execution habits: make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate even without perfect information.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Snowflake, dbt, or data pipeline tooling.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual cash compensation range: $140,000–$210,000 USD (base salary plus on-target commission and annual bonus targets for eligible roles).
  • Some roles may be eligible for equity (RSUs) and/or overtime pay depending on eligibility.

Location / Flexibility

  • United States. HubSpot indicates remote employees or office-based options; engineering team roles require attending a regional HubSpot office in person (regional office requirement mentioned).

About HubSpot
