About the role

Role overview

Senior Product Manager on the Personalization team (fully remote within the United States). You’ll own the foundational “connective tissue” powering the Turquoise platform, ensuring onboarding, preferences, notifications, and reporting feel like one coherent experience across all verticals and features.

Responsibilities

  • Own platform core surfaces end-to-end: onboarding, permissions, preferences, homepage, notifications, audit trail, and reporting (strategy through iteration).
  • Champion the end-to-end user experience by mapping customer journeys and shaping cohesive interactions across all surfaces.
  • Apply systems thinking to design durable primitives and patterns, anticipating second-order effects across products.
  • Convert ambiguous horizontal problems into clear requirements and shipped software.
  • Drive direction using data: define success metrics and use analytics to guide iteration.
  • Use AI prototyping tools to pressure-test ideas and create rapid proofs-of-concept before engineering investment.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM to deliver cohesive product outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience shipping and iterating on user-facing platform or growth products in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep platform expertise in connective experiences such as onboarding/activation, lifecycle notifications, permissions, or relevance engines.
  • Strong design-thinking instincts: user empathy, flow/journey thinking, and focus on end-to-end quality.
  • Exceptional systems thinking: reasoning about dependencies, edge cases, data models, and architectural constraints.
  • AI-native workflow: comfortable using modern AI tools to build quick proofs-of-concept.
  • Metrics-driven approach using customer interviews and product analytics.
  • High EQ and comfort with ambiguity; strong communication and ability to drive progress with imperfect information.
  • Strong mission alignment: passion for reducing complexity to improve healthcare.

Bonus points

  • Experience with recommendation/relevance/ranking systems.
  • Experience building internal tools.
  • Experience in regulated, data-heavy domains (e.g., fintech, health tech).
  • Experience at a fast-scaling, venture-backed startup.
