About the role
Role Overview
Join Pennylane as a Senior Product Manager. You’ll work in a product-led environment to shape OKRs and roadmaps, collaborate closely with a Product Designer and a team of product-focused engineers, and help build a beloved financial operating system for SMEs and accounting firms.
Key Missions
- User research & insights: Conduct user research to identify pain points and user needs.
- OKRs & roadmap ownership: Define OKRs and roadmaps using user insights and company objectives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Iterate & learn: Continuously improve solutions based on user feedback and data, and share learnings with the team.
Requirements
- Experience conducting user research and turning findings into product decisions.
- Ability to define OKRs and roadmaps and align execution with company objectives.
- Experience working cross-functionally and iterating based on feedback and data.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in fintech or other data-informed, product-led environments.
