Senior Product Manager - Payroll Management (Time Off)

Role overview

Join HiBob as a Senior Product Manager in the Payroll Ecosystem group. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Time Off domain, shaping a product that impacts employee experience, compliance, workforce management, and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Time Off strategy and roadmap in collaboration with engineering, design, payroll, customer success, sales, and customers
• Own complex products spanning multiple stakeholder groups, dependencies, and business-critical workflows
• Balance user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
• Drive cross-team alignment and communication across Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and leadership
• Operate with autonomy, ownership, and accountability for product outcomes

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS environments
• Experience owning complex, business-critical products with many stakeholders and dependencies
• Strong product strategy, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to partner with Engineering and Design from discovery through delivery
• Strong customer empathy and stakeholder management/communication skills
• Experience in regulated, compliance-driven, or operationally complex environments
• Experience serving enterprise or upper mid-market customers

Nice to have

• Product experience in Time Off / Attendance / Workforce Management / Scheduling / Time Tracking / Payroll / HRIS / HCM
• Experience with Workday, UKG, Dayforce, Rippling, Sage, Oracle, SAP, ADP, Gusto, or similar platforms
• US market experience related to workforce management, leave, payroll, and compliance
• Experience with payroll integrations or payroll-adjacent products
• Background in FinTech / ERP / Compliance Tech / InsurTech / LegalTech
• Experience using AI tools for discovery, prototyping, or productivity
• Experience working with globally distributed teams
