Role: Senior Product Manager, Payments

Join SeatGeek’s Product team to shape and execute the product strategy and roadmap for payments.

What you’ll do

• Lead the evolution of SeatGeek’s historically operational payments function into a strategic, innovation-oriented payments organization.
• Define the vision for the next evolution of payments tooling, including B2B2C capabilities for SeatGeek’s clients and the fans they serve.
• Partner with compliance, legal, risk, engineering, and business stakeholders to design systems that meet priorities and dependencies without sacrificing customer experience.
• Coordinate with external payments partners to ensure smooth delivery, reliability, and client commitments across features.
• Communicate deliverables and outcomes to stakeholders and act as an ambassador for your product area within the broader organization.

What you have

• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams to deliver platform solutions for efficient development and operations.
• A bias toward action: initiative-driven, comfortable making bold calls based on data and opportunity.
• Strong accountability and analytical root-cause thinking (including the ability to identify and learn from failures).
• Creative, industry-savvy mindset with strong awareness of the payments landscape and emerging trends.
• Ability to translate complex technical systems into clear, business-friendly explanations.
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives across engineering, compliance, legal, risk, and operations.

Compensation & benefits

• Salary range: $130,000–$188,000 USD (equity eligible)
