Senior Product Manager (Payments)

Role overview

Join Qualia as a Senior Product Manager (Payments). You will own the vision, roadmap, and execution of the payments product from the ground up, including building end-to-end payment flows and introducing new payment rails.

Key missions

• Own the payments product vision, roadmap, and execution from inception.
• Drive development of end-to-end payment flows and expand payment capabilities with new payment rails.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features while keeping a prioritized roadmap that maximizes customer value.
• Analyze adoption and engagement data to validate assumptions, refine priorities, and improve the product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager building exceptional software products.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills with a proven track record using data to validate assumptions.
• Experience scoping, executing, and delivering products using Agile Product Development.
• Proven ability to create roadmaps and communicate them to executives.
• Payments product experience across multiple payment methods, including:
  • ACH, Wire, RTP, FedNow, and checks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and experience working with high-level decision-makers.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the real estate, title, lending, or insurance industries.
