About the role

Role overview

As a Senior Product Manager (Patient Growth), you will lead Pomelo’s Patient Growth team. The role focuses on reaching, enrolling, and re-engaging patients who need Pomelo’s care model, and on redesigning how Pomelo drives acquisition, activation, and churn recovery.

Key missions

  • Define and execute the product strategy for patient acquisition, activation, and re-engagement.
  • Invent, test, and scale new growth funnels to reach potential patients and clearly communicate Pomelo’s value.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to refine patient-facing messaging and improve conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, marketing, clinical operations, and data science.
  • Build and iterate on growth systems (e.g., funnel and lifecycle improvements) to create predictable growth.
  • Work hands-on with data to guide decisions and measure impact.

Requirements

  • Full-funnel growth mindset; comfortable inventing new acquisition approaches and improving conversion and retention.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; able to rally cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
  • Strong product and design sense; passion for consumer-grade experiences.
  • Thrives in ambiguity; first-principles thinking and decisive action with incomplete information.
  • Data fluency: run your own analysis, understand metric vs. “bet that worked.”
  • Strong execution: launch MVPs quickly and iterate toward a larger vision.
  • 4+ years in consumer products with ownership of end-to-end growth funnels (acquisition, activation, conversion, retention).
  • Experience with products that bridge digital experiences and human-delivered services and/or are free for the end consumer.
  • Experience building products powered by LLMs or voice agents.
  • Experience with revenue goals.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, especially outreach/acquisition.
  • Background in product or lifecycle marketing.

Nice-to-haves / additional signals

  • Building and optimizing lifecycle/retention systems for underserved patient populations.
