Senior Product Manager

Role overview

You’ll serve as a Product, Design & Project Lead for an enterprise AI platform, bridging product management, UX/UI design, and delivery/project leadership. The role focuses on shaping product direction, improving user experience, and driving execution across multiple AI workstreams in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product roadmap across the AI platform
• Translate strategic goals into clear, actionable priorities
• Drive delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and iteration cycles
• Perform hands-on UX/UI and workflow design work
• Create prototypes, product flows, and polished demo experiences
• Improve complex, multi-user enterprise workflows
• Partner with engineering to reduce ambiguity and improve delivery velocity
• Own backlog structure, sprint planning, and product prioritization
• Communicate effectively with leadership, technical teams, and customers

Requirements

• 5+ years experience across Product Management, UX/UI Design, or a blended product/design leadership role
• Strong experience with SaaS, enterprise software, or AI-driven products
• Ability to switch between strategic product thinking and hands-on design execution
• Experience designing workflow-heavy platforms used by multiple stakeholders
• Comfortable working in fast-moving AI environments and emerging technologies
• Strong collaboration with engineering teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable in high-impact early-stage or scaling environments

Nice to have

• Experience with design systems or product-led growth
• Exposure to healthcare, fintech, HR tech, or operational SaaS platforms
• Experience building/designing AI-enabled workflows or GenAI products

Contract / remote

• Remote: PST or MT time zones
• Open to contract or full-time (fractional options considered; may grow over time)
