About the role

Role: Senior Product Manager

In this fully remote role at Ophelia, you’ll lead product strategy and execution for digital products that demonstrate telehealth as an effective way to treat opioid use disorder (OUD). You’ll work cross-functionally with patients, clinicians, engineering, design, and go-to-market and operations teams to identify problems, iterate on solutions, and deliver compliant, user-centered healthcare experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Own and implement the digital product strategy for your squad
Co-lead product delivery using a triadic leadership model with engineering and product design
Translate business goals into product strategy and define/track success metrics
Drive experimentation to learn and improve outcomes (with appropriate statistical rigor)
Build stakeholder relationships across executives to individual contributors
Communicate progress and learnings, sharing outcomes and experimental results
Ensure products deliver a delightful, people-centered UX while meeting industry compliance standards

Collaboration & Product Context

Cross-functional work with patients, clinicians, operators, marketers, billers, and others
Product suite includes a patient portal, interaction modes like text messaging and video conferencing, and a custom-built EMR platform for clinical operations
Roadmap includes opportunities across paid-digital, B2B, peer-led growth, new clinical services, and AI applications for clinicians and care coordinators

Requirements / What You Bring

Healthcare domain knowledge, including health outcomes/benchmarks and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA)
Ability to lead product strategy, align stakeholders, and ship reliable digital products in an agile environment
Comfort with iterative discovery and experiment-driven product development

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with technology-enabled healthcare services (telehealth and clinical workflows)
Familiarity with or exposure to EMR-adjacent product environments and/or clinical data services
