Role Overview
Join Slice as a Senior Product Manager (Operational Platform) on a fully remote team. You will shape the internal tools and platform capabilities that support day-to-day operations across support, payments, and operational teams.
Key Missions & Responsibilities
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with Development and Product Design to deliver intuitive products and scalable platform capabilities.
- Apply AI and automation to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency.
- Translate user and operational needs into clear product experiences.
- Use product and operational data to validate ideas, make decisions, and measure impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Experience building and scaling operational platforms and internal tools.
- Strong understanding of AI and automation for simplifying operations and reducing friction.
- Strong written and asynchronous communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Systems thinking ability to turn ambiguous problems into product strategy and execution.
- Proven collaboration across product managers, product engineers, product designers, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong product judgment and ability to make trade-offs and drive clear priorities.
- Data-informed approach using operational/product data to validate and measure impact.

- Familiarity with the pizza or restaurant industry.
