About the role

Role overview

Senior Product Manager (first dedicated Product hire) at a fast-growing iGaming startup building sweepstakes-based entertainment. You will work closely with the CEO to turn product vision into execution plans, partner across engineering, design, and marketing, and help establish how the product function operates as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog across mobile and desktop experiences.
Partner with design on UX flows and user journeys, negotiating tradeoffs between UX and engineering.
Convert the CEO’s vision into scoped, prioritized deliverables.
Write high-quality product specs and PRDs that engineering can execute with minimal back-and-forth.
Proactively consider edge cases, failure states, and compliance considerations.
Help build the product function from scratch: processes, tooling, and team rituals/norms.
Drive execution rigor while keeping processes lightweight and team-friendly.
Collaborate with engineering on tradeoffs and delivery planning.
Coordinate cross-team syncs to keep delivery aligned and the CEO out of day-to-day details.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience.
Strong consumer-facing and/or startup product background; native mobile experience is a plus.
Experience partnering closely with design and engineering.
Comfort operating in founder-led and fast-moving environments.
Ability to mentor and help shape the product organization (including junior PMs).
Proven experience delivering end-to-end across functions.
High autonomy; brings solutions, not only status updates.

Nice-to-haves / bonus

Experience with regulated, fintech-adjacent products, especially casino/iGaming and particularly the European gaming market.
Passion for gaming, sweepstakes, or entertainment-driven products.
