Senior Product Manager

Role overview

Join Ontra as a Senior Product Manager in a remote-first position. You will define the vision and strategy for a product area, drive priorities in line with business goals, and help advance the product using AI capabilities.

Key missions / responsibilities

• Define and communicate strategic priorities aligned with commercial objectives and drive product evolution with AI.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate with teams to align efforts and resources on strategic initiatives.
• Engage with customers and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong ability to drive product vision and execute strategy.
• Proven track record of launching new products with a strong understanding of market needs.
• Technical aptitude for AI development, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Expertise in developing and executing product strategy, particularly for platform products.
