About the role
Role Overview
Senior Product Manager (senior-most product role) at Onepak. Reporting directly to the President, you will lead the product function day to day—owning the roadmap, requirements, backlog, and sprint execution as the platform launches and scales.
Responsibilities
- Own product roadmap and delivery: PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and sprint execution.
- Shape product direction: Provide strategic input to product direction while owning the roadmap that delivers overall goals.
- Translate epics into execution-ready work: Convert complex, ambiguous business and customer needs into clear requirements and stories.
- Gather and synthesize requirements: Collect inputs from customers, GTM, operations, and internal stakeholders; prioritize by business impact.
- Run agile delivery routines: backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, and delivery follow-through.
- Manage backlog clarity: Maintain visibility into priorities, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
- Partner with Technology Leads: Keep requirements clear and unblock delivery to stay on track.
- Work with executive leadership: Partner with the President and ELT on prioritization and sequencing.
