Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

Join ODAIA as a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve a complex product system. You’ll drive structured execution across planning, delivery, and release cycles while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy for a complex platform system, ensuring resilience, scalability, and maintainability over time.
• Ensure technical direction and trade-offs in collaboration with Engineering, understanding architectural implications.
• Coordinate deeply with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Analytics/Data, Engineering, Design) to anchor product strategy in technical feasibility.
• Establish and uphold release discipline and structured product delivery.
• Communicate clearly by translating complexity into decisions.

Requirements

• Ability to go deep technically when needed.
• Strong understanding of how complex platforms scale and evolve.
• Systems thinking (thinking in systems, not just features) and ability to anticipate downstream impacts.
• Experience building B2B products with a clear buyer–user split, balancing user experience with business value for decision-makers.
• Experience operating across user-facing application experiences and broader technical/data/platform considerations.
• 5–8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS or platform-based products.
• Proven track record leading delivery for large cross-functional teams, including pods of 8–12 engineers.
• Experience partnering with Engineering on technical design, trade-offs, and architecture.
