Join Pantheon as a Senior Product Manager for the Next.js Platform. You will define product strategy, set goals, co-author the roadmap, and drive decisions for a complex platform area serving both enterprise portfolio managers and developers.
Key responsibilities
- Define strategy and identify high-impact opportunities for a complex product domain.
- Synthesize user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to guide product decisions.
- Own success metrics that connect platform performance to business outcomes.
- Communicate strategy and progress to stakeholders across teams.
- Navigate dual purchase dynamics (enterprise portfolio managers and developers) with equal effectiveness.
- Take products through the full lifecycle: strategy → launch → iteration.
Requirements
- Proven ability to navigate enterprise buying dynamics and influence cross-functional strategy.
- Track record delivering products end-to-end from strategy to launch and iteration.
- Experience with developer-facing platform products (e.g., hosting, infrastructure tooling, developer cloud services).
- 8+ years industry experience, including 3+ years in product management.
- Deep Next.js fluency with:
- App Router
- React Server Components
- ISR
- Edge middleware
- Deployment models
- Strong data analysis skills to translate complex signals into product decisions at scale.
Nice to haves
- Experience at Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools and autonomous systems.
