About the role
Role Overview
Senior Product Manager for a co-brand credit card servicing product team. The role is mostly remote with tentative travel to NYC (330 Hudson Office) and/or Wilmington, DE. You will work with an existing credit card servicing team to define requirements and drive delivery of new features.
Responsibilities
- Integrate with the existing co-brand credit card servicing team to define and write functional & non-functional requirements for new features.
- Create and maintain requirements using Jira and Confluence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across design, data, business, engineering, and architecture to:
- identify dependencies,
- drive prioritization,
- ensure backlog execution.
- Coordinate with program counterparts on bi-weekly status reports across initiatives.
- Identify and help resolve risks, blockers, and open items with pathways to close them.
- Derive servicing business requirements and align them to architectural solutions.
- Understand user journeys, personas, scenarios, and customer outcomes to produce acceptance criteria and test cases.
- Support engineering and testing through:
- UAT coordination and test data setup,
- coordinating integration testing for internal end-to-end (E2E) workflows.
- Lead cross-product discussions (X-product calls) and document decisions, pending items, and takeaways.
- Use AI tools to automate creation of Epics and stories.
Requirements
- Strong requirements gathering and definition skills.
- Proficiency writing requirements and structuring work in Jira (e.g., Epics & stories).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with design/data/business/tech stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and resolve risks/blockers.
- Excellent communication and organization, with ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
- Experience in a scaled Agile product delivery environment.
- Experience launching market/customer-facing products or releases.
- Strong analytical skills.
Nice-to-haves / Preferred
- Banking industry experience.
- Experience in Card space and/or co-branded cards.
- Experience working with backend/APIs and collaborating with tech/data teams on products with backend integrations.
- High-level understanding of AWS, APIs, databases, and Kafka.
Location / Travel
- Mostly remote, with tentative travel to NYC (330 Hudson) and/or Wilmington, DE.
- Travel reimbursed.
