Role Overview
Senior Product Manager, Monetization & Growth at Crunchbase. Own product experiences and business levers that drive customer acquisition, conversion, monetization, expansion, and retention across the company’s product-led growth motion.
What You’ll Do
Monetization Strategy & Product Ownership
- Own product experiences and systems influencing acquisition → conversion → monetization → expansion → retention
- Develop and evolve monetization strategies across pricing, packaging, subscriptions, billing, and account growth
- Identify opportunities to improve customer value realization while driving business growth
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, revenue opportunity, and strategic alignment
Pricing, Packaging & Subscription Management
- Lead design, testing, and optimization of pricing and packaging models across products and customer segments
- Own requirements and execution for pricing, packaging, billing, checkout, upgrade/downgrade, and cancellation flows
- Partner with Engineering and Finance to ensure accurate implementation of monetization systems and policies
- Monitor pricing performance and recommend changes based on customer behavior, market dynamics, and business goals
Self-Serve Growth & Conversion Optimization
- Own self-service growth opportunities across the journey: acquisition, onboarding, activation, conversion, expansion
- Identify and optimize friction points in key conversion funnels
- Partner with Marketing and Revenue to improve growth experiences across web, product, and lifecycle touchpoints
- Evaluate emerging opportunities such as AI search, answer engine optimization (AEO), and new acquisition channels
Enterprise Administration & Expansion Experiences
- Own enterprise administration capabilities for team management, user provisioning, permissions, billing administration, and account governance
- Partner with Revenue and Customer Success to find opportunities that improve account expansion and team adoption
