About the role
Role overview
As a Senior Product Manager (Modeling & Machine Learning Operations), you will lead Machine Learning Operations (ML Ops) initiatives, build retail-specific machine learning models, and develop a Model Workbench platform that helps marketers interact with and use ML models.
Key missions
- Own ML Ops processes: develop and maintain end-to-end ML Ops to streamline model deployment, monitoring, and management.
- Design retail-focused models: create and refine machine learning models tailored to the retail industry, improving predictive capabilities and market understanding.
- Build the Model Workbench: lead creation of a user-friendly platform with interfaces and tooling that enable marketers to utilize ML models effectively.
Responsibilities
- Guide product development using a strong understanding of customer needs and market demand.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams and communicate product vision clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Apply strategic product thinking by integrating customer insights and market trends into actionable features.
Requirements
- Proven product management experience in a technology-focused environment.
- Retail analytics background (direct experience or strong understanding of retail data analytics needs).
- Strong ML and ML Ops expertise, including developing and managing ML models for retail use cases.
- Experience/knowledge combining traditional ML approaches with generative models to improve user interaction and model training (Agentic Infrastructure).
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Technical comfort with both traditional and generative ML, including focus on model explainability and user interaction.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with explainability-driven UX for model consumers (marketers).
