Senior Product Manager - MetaMask (Engagement)

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager for MetaMask Engagement. You will shape the systems that determine when, why, and how Consensys communicates with users, turning engagement tooling into a durable, scalable growth capability without compromising trust.

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement product vision and roadmap, covering automated messaging, lifecycle communication, and self-serve engagement infrastructure.
• Define and improve tooling/workflows for how teams create, manage, target, test, and measure engagement across channels.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to build flexible, reliable, easy-to-use systems.
• Enable faster, safer, more predictable campaigns, experiments, and product moments across the MetaMask user journey (onboarding, activation, ongoing engagement, and re-engagement).
• Balance user trust and experience with business goals to ensure messages are relevant, timely, and useful.
• Establish and track success metrics such as activation, retention, re-engagement, and conversion; use data to guide prioritization.
• Identify gaps, friction, and scalability limits in existing engagement tooling and drive improvements.
• Communicate strategy, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to stakeholders across product, marketing, and leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven ability to own and ship end-to-end product experiences with meaningful user and business impact.
• Strong product judgment and user empathy, especially for notifications, messaging, and engagement surfaces.
• Comfort working with data, experiments, and metrics to drive decisions.

Nice to Have

• Experience in consumer, fintech, or platform-style products.
