About the role
Role Overview
Senior Product Manager, Member Experience at Vida Health. In a high-autonomy role, you will lead the product strategy and execution for the member experience across Vida’s clinical and behavioral programs, improving engagement, activation, retention, and health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the member experience product backlog and support roadmap development: prioritize, scope, ship, and measure improvements to the core product.
- Drive A/B testing and rapid experimentation to improve engagement, activation, and retention metrics.
- Manage bug triage and quality, working closely with engineering.
- Analyze user behavior and design/interpret experiments.
- Build, maintain, and report on dashboards in Looker and PostHog, establishing a regular data review cadence and ensuring learnings are shared.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, other PMs, and marketing; collaborate with clinical stakeholders when needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- At least 3 years shipping consumer or patient-facing digital products
- Strong analytics skills, including comfort with:
- SQL
- Product analytics tools (Looker, PostHog, Amplitude or similar)
- A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Proven ability to run the full product lifecycle: discovery → scoping → shipping → measuring → iterating
- Demonstrated impact improving engagement, retention, or activation in a web or mobile product
- Strong cross-functional communication with engineering, design, clinical, and business stakeholders
- Healthcare or digital health experience (e.g., chronic care, telehealth, behavior change programs, GLP-1 management)
Nice to Haves
- Experience with personalization, recommendation systems, or AI/ML-powered features
- Familiarity with behavioral design frameworks (e.g., BJ Fogg, COM-B, habit formation, nudge theory)
- Experience with React Native and mobile app development workflows
- Experience in B2B2C products balancing end-user and enterprise/client needs
