Senior Product Manager (M/W/D/X)

Role overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will craft product visions and strategies for diverse clients and lead teams in turning those visions into measurable outcomes. You’ll facilitate collaborative workshops, use data and analytics to guide decisions, and apply ethical, responsible AI to strengthen product strategy and vision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver product visions and product strategies, articulating the “why” and “how” behind decisions
• Lead strategic client projects and produce clear product recommendations that enable intuitive decision-making
• Facilitate inclusive workshops and lead discussions to gather input from diverse stakeholders
• Use analytics and data to inform strategy
• Apply AI thoughtfully to enhance product strategy, with an emphasis on ethics and responsibility
• Lead projects end-to-end: from initial strategic direction to final delivery while maintaining the product vision
• Collaborate closely with UXD, Service Design, Tech, and other interdisciplinary teams to translate strategy into tangible results
• Support the continuous improvement of the product management team by helping create tools, templates, and methodologies
• Stay ahead of industry trends (strategic thinking, inclusive market analysis, ethical AI) and share learnings via workshops, presentations, and thought leadership
• Understand technical aspects of implementing digital solutions to ensure alignment with requirements, concepts, and development

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in product management in an agile & digital environment
• Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies and deliver successful product outcomes
• Strong facilitation and communication skills; can adapt messaging to different audiences
• Proficiency in English (German is a plus)
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset and collaborative attitude
