Role overview

Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) at stp.one (remote). You’ll lead high-impact product initiatives in the insolvency domain, shaping a platform that supports insolvency administrators and their teams with AI-enabled, cloud-connected services.

Mission / product

Help insolvency administrators streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.

Responsibilities

Product Vision: Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals.
Customer Understanding: Lead user research and data analysis to solve the right problems.
Team Collaboration: Empower and guide cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Roadmap Ownership: Define and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog based on value and impact.
Execution Excellence: Drive high-quality delivery with close partnership across engineering and design.
Outcome Focus: Define and track success metrics; use insights to continuously improve.
Stakeholder Engagement: Align internal teams and communicate clearly with leadership.
Continuous Improvement: Evolve product practices and stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

Extensive Product Management experience (strong product lifecycle and product development knowledge), ideally B2B SaaS or technology-oriented industry.
Expertise in Agile methods, including Scrum or Kanban.
Strong prioritization techniques (e.g., MoSCoW, RICE).
Excellent English and German (written and spoken).
Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Advanced capability to perform market and competitive analysis.
Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations (notably with PowerPoint).
