Role Overview
Senior Product Manager focused on Logs and logs analytics at Elastic. The role owns product direction for the logs experience and helps deliver an end-to-end observability workflow for customers.
Responsibilities
- Evolve logs analytics capabilities and align them with the company’s organizational strategy.
- Advance the end-to-end lifecycle for logs: collection, ingest, and management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, Design, Sales, Marketing) to deliver high-quality application monitoring experiences to users.
Requirements
- Technical experience in logs analytics.
- Observability and/or performance monitoring domain knowledge.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Ability to translate abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions, working backwards from customer needs.
- Passion for industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- 3+ years in product management or a closely related role.
Nice to Haves
- Experience working in remote, globally distributed environments.
- Knowledge of AI.
