Role Overview
Senior Product Manager for Logs (Logs - Observability) at Elastic, owning and evolving logs analytics capabilities and the end-to-end logs lifecycle experience.
Responsibilities
- Evolve logs analytics capabilities and align them with the organization’s strategy.
- Advance the end-to-end lifecycle for logs collection, ingest, and management.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Design, Sales, and Marketing to improve application monitoring experiences.
- Translate abstract customer and product problems into prioritized, concrete solutions using a customer-backwards approach.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management (or closely related experience).
- Technical experience in logs analytics.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of observability and/or performance monitoring domain.
- Ability to turn abstract problems into concrete priorities.
Nice to Haves
- AI knowledge (optional but desired).
- Experience working in a remote, globally distributed environment.
- Passion for industry trends and the competitive landscape.
