About the role

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager for a media/creator-focused AI product (Kits AI). Shape product priorities by aligning customer needs, business goals, and practical execution to deliver measurable product outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own product growth and performance across the funnel: activation, retention, pricing, and monetization.
  • Drive Kits product strategy by identifying high-impact opportunities and launching growth initiatives.
  • Productize new ML capabilities into creator-facing products and workflows; partner with research and engineering.
  • Build deep customer understanding via user interviews, analytics, and automated customer insight pipelines.
  • Track performance in a data-analysis platform; own experimentation and use data for prioritization.
  • Use the latest AI tools to accelerate delivery (e.g., AI coding) and build internal systems for customer insight, research, and product discovery.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of product management experience in a fast-moving consumer/creator-facing environment (startup/autonomous culture preferred).
  • Proven ability to improve growth, product quality, or business performance through product work.
  • Comfortable operating across strategy, execution, analytics, and customer research.
  • Metrics-informed mindset: funnel analysis, product analytics, and event tracking (e.g., Amplitude).
  • Experience with AI/ML-powered products or close collaboration with research/engineering.
  • Strong judgment and high agency; able to move from ambiguous opportunities to shipped product.
  • Enthusiasm for using AI tools to increase speed and execution quality.

Nice to Have

  • Experience launching end-to-end growth and experimentation programs.
  • Strong customer insight practice (interviews + automated insight pipelines).

Location & Compensation

  • Remote (US-based candidates only); no visa sponsorship.
  • Compensation: $148,320 – $185,400 annually.
