About the role
Role Overview
Senior Product Manager to define and lead product strategy for a next-generation CRM platform transforming the automotive retail experience. You will be the voice of customers and partners, turning complex business needs into innovative product solutions across a large-scale SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the CRM product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy, aligning customer needs with business objectives.
- Define and execute a long-term product strategy for CRM solutions.
- Build and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing by business value, customer impact, and market opportunity.
- Gather and interpret feedback to identify pain points and translate insights into actionable requirements.
- Develop relationships with customers, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners to understand market trends.
- Lead product discovery, business case development, prioritization, and delivery of new initiatives.
- Create detailed product artifacts including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering, architects, data, product, and marketing/partner teams to deliver scalable CRM capabilities.
- Define success metrics, monitor performance, and improve adoption and business impact.
- Develop AI-powered product capabilities that enhance CRM workflows, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Stay current on automotive retail trends, competition, certifications, and regulatory developments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience.
- At least 2 years managing enterprise/B2B SaaS products involving integrations, APIs, or platform capabilities.
- Strong background in SaaS, CRM platforms, and enterprise technology.
- Deep knowledge of automotive retail technology, dealer operations, OEM ecosystems (and preferably automotive CRM).
- Proven experience defining and delivering successful SaaS/CRM strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including business case development.
- Excellent communication and storytelling; ability to present to executives and external partners.
- Experience managing complex priorities across multiple teams and stakeholders with limited oversight.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, marketing operations, customer engagement, and campaign optimization.
- Hands-on experience applying LLM-driven / AI-powered capabilities is highly valuable.

- Experience building or applying LLM-driven AI features in product workflows.
