About the role

Role overview

Senior Product Manager for an AI-native product focused on transforming how revenue teams work. You will define and deliver products powered by generative AI, large language models, and autonomous agents, partnering with engineering, design, AI specialists, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full product lifecycle for AI-native solutions: discovery/strategy → launch → optimization → continuous iteration
  • Define product vision and roadmap leveraging generative AI/LLMs/agents to improve customer workflows
  • Work with customers and stakeholders to find opportunities for intelligent automation with measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate across teams (engineering, AI/ML, UX, analytics, marketing, sales, customer success) to deliver scalable experiences
  • Establish and track product success metrics; analyze adoption and performance data and optimize based on feedback and impact
  • Ensure AI user experiences are intuitive, solve real problems, and remain simple and accessible
  • Present roadmap updates and execution progress to executives and cross-functional leadership

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager (or similar) delivering software from concept through launch
  • Strong expertise in generative AI, large language models, AI agents, or intelligent automation, with experience translating AI capabilities into customer products
  • Hands-on mindset to prototype and experiment, collaborating closely with engineering
  • Solid understanding of go-to-market workflows across sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations
  • Experience with product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and balancing customer and business needs
  • Strong analytical skills using product analytics/data visualization to guide decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across executive and technical audiences
