About the role

Role overview

Senior Product Manager responsible for a critical product area in a high-growth shipping infrastructure platform. The role owns product strategy and execution for a developer-friendly API platform that connects major carriers and logistics partners.

Responsibilities

Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a complex carrier ecosystem
Lead development of API platform capabilities and carrier integrations to improve scalability, reliability, and adoption
Own strategic relationships with key carrier partners and ensure initiatives create mutual value
Perform market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to identify growth and monetization opportunities
Partner with engineering to prioritize, design, and deliver roadmap enhancements tied to measurable business outcomes
Collaborate with product marketing, sales, finance, and customer success to drive go-to-market execution and product adoption
Define and track KPIs across carrier performance, revenue growth, platform usage, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
6+ years of product management/strategy experience, platform products, or partnership-driven technical roles
Strong experience with APIs, platform ecosystems, and logistics/shipping eCommerce/marketplace products
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, and commercial stakeholders
Experience managing external partnerships and enterprise-level stakeholder relationships
Strong analytics skills to drive product decisions and prioritization
Ability to translate customer and market needs into scalable product strategy and execution plans
Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder management
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
