Role overview

The Senior Product Manager will own product objectives at the intersection of product strategy, developer experience, and large-scale platform impact. The role focuses on improving how modern front-end teams build and ship reliable, accessible, and consistent user interfaces for a global developer user base.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for initiatives spanning multiple engineering teams.
  • Define product vision and objectives across cross-functional teams.
  • Lead discovery through launch, turning customer and stakeholder insights into actionable requirements.
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback, analytics, and internal insights into product specs.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality releases.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making using product analytics and instrumentation.
  • Continuously refine product strategy using usage patterns, performance metrics, and feedback.
  • Communicate product updates clearly in an async-first distributed environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for distributed teams.
  • Technical fluency to understand developer workflows and engineering constraints.
  • Proven ability to manage products from concept to launch.
  • Strong analytical mindset using product metrics and user data.
  • Ability to translate customer feedback and business goals into actionable product requirements.
  • Comfortable collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing.

Nice to have

  • Experience in developer tools or front-end ecosystems.
  • Prior experience as a software engineer or working in UI/front-end development.
