About the role
Role overview
Join Palo Alto Networks as a Senior Product Manager (IT Technical Services). You will own and drive the product roadmap for Technical Services, using AI-assisted prototyping to validate product logic and designing automated, agent-native solutions to reduce friction across the service lifecycle. You’ll translate product vision into execution, collaborate cross-functionally, and define measurable success criteria.
Key missions
- Create, maintain, and drive the product roadmap for technical services, optimizing PSA and CSM tools at global scale
- Use AI-assisted tools to build functional prototypes that validate business logic and data flows before development
- Identify manual service lifecycle friction points and architect Agent-Native solutions to automate tasks

- Translate product vision into software and product outcomes
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver the roadmap
- Ensure data readiness for AI insights
- Analyze case trends to drive operational excellence
- Define and track success metrics for product performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree + 8 years related experience, or Master’s degree + 6 years, or PhD + 3 years
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology environment, specifically enterprise-level GTM or CX systems
- Experience shipping products or delivering proof-of-concepts using AI-assisted development tools
- Builder mindset: go beyond static PRDs by using AI tools to validate API logic or mock up UIs independently
- Deep experience leading Agile/Scrum teams; shift focus from "User Stories Written" to Time-to-Validation
