About the role
Role Overview
Senior Product Manager at Intellum (remote-first, Anywhere in the World). You will lead major product areas by combining customer discovery, research, and competitive analysis to deliver solutions aligned with the product strategy and client value.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to Intellum’s product strategy by understanding customer needs, the product, and the competitive landscape.
- Build and communicate a prioritized product roadmap aligned with platform strategy and customer needs.
- Deliver roadmap initiatives that drive adoption, product/market fit, and customer value and revenue growth.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and structured analysis to support product decisions.
- Partner with Design and Engineering to shape user journeys, wireframes, and solutions balancing user value, feasibility, and business goals.
- Work with Product Marketing on positioning, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Oversee release readiness (phased launches, client change management, and feedback loops) to ensure successful feature adoption.
- Improve overall product execution by recommending process improvements and sharing best practices.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of SaaS product management experience with a track record of successful delivery.
- Ability to drive complex projects to completion while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience delivering in fast-moving, small-team environments and adapting to growth.
- Strong capability to clarify ambiguous client input into root problems.
- Evidence-based decision-making using disciplined research and structured analysis.
- Technical depth to build credibility with engineers and clients.
- Strong client presence and effective communication across teams.
- Experience building models to support analysis (e.g., pricing, adoption, costs).
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and consistently high-quality execution.
