About the role

Role Overview

Senior Product Manager, Integrations will drive Payrails’ product strategy for Third-Party Integrations and own the end-to-end definition, scoping, and development of the Integrations platform.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap, prioritization, and technical vision for integrations-related teams.
Lead cross-functional initiatives across the product lifecycle with Engineering, Data, Business, and external partners.
Define, track, and improve success criteria and product-market fit metrics.
Continuously look for ways to improve product performance and efficiency.
Translate business objectives into clear technical scope for product development.
Lead scoping from small improvements and bug fixes to large third-party integrations.
Manage the Integrations Catalogue, the Angular-based foundation for customer-facing products.

Requirements

5–7+ years of experience (cut off in posting, but the range indicates relevant product management experience).
Strong ability to bridge Business and Engineering through clear technical communication.
Knowledge of the payments market and third-party players across the payments value chain.

Nice-to-haves

Experience managing technically oriented products/platforms and partner integrations (implied by role scope).
