Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

The Senior/Principal Product Manager will own software products that power large retail store operations and the technology workflows that keep day-to-day execution running smoothly. This is a senior individual contributor role managing a mixed portfolio of in-house and third-party software used by store associates on desktop and in-store mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Own and build the product roadmap for retail store operations software.
• Translate store operations needs into a clear, prioritized roadmap.
• Manage a hybrid portfolio: decide when to configure, partner, or build.
• Develop relationships with third-party vendors for tag/signage platforms and mobile capabilities.
• Bridge business process understanding with the technology that enables it.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• 2+ years of retail experience focused on store operations, including:
  • Receipting
  • Stock adjustments
  • Inventory
  • Returns
  • Store transfers of product
  • Labeling
• Experience with Android devices for in-store use.
