Role Overview
Senior Product Manager, Inbound at Apollo.io (remote).
The Inbound team owns the full lifecycle from when a buyer shows interest through capture, enrichment, routing, nurture automation, scheduling, and the inbound signals produced by website traffic and other touchpoints. The goal is to replace fragmented inbound tooling with a single reliable system where inbound “just works” and consistently converts interest into revenue.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer discovery to understand today’s inbound capture and conversion processes.
- Identify the biggest points of failure across the inbound flow (capture, enrichment, routing, scheduling, and handoff).
- Define inbound product strategy and narrative, and how it connects with outbound, scoring, and workflows.
- Write clear product specs and partner with engineering/design to explore solutions and iterate on scope.
- Lead delivery from discovery → launch → adoption.
- Instrument and measure performance metrics such as:
- Speed to lead
- Lead-to-meeting conversion
- Qualification accuracy
- SLA adherence
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to package and launch new capabilities.
- Represent the Inbound area in planning and align dependencies across workflows, meetings, scoring, and integrations.
- Keep the roadmap grounded in customer needs, operational simplicity, and long-term platform health.

- AI features to qualify leads, predict intent, and prioritize next actions
- Reporting to show inbound health and where teams need attention
